Rob is an original Chambord owner and a practicing CPA. When not working, he can be found running, biking, boating or dinking around his yard!

Scott Smith, Vice President & Board member
Scott has lived in Montrachet for 23 years and raised two children here. So many great memories have been made here. He has served on the board for the last 5 years.
Roberto Ruiz, Board Member
Roberto worked in the energy industry before retiring in 2019. He has lived in Montrachet since 2013, joining the board in 2014. He truly enjoys living in our neighborhood and community.
Volunteers
Jim Naroski, Architectural Control Committee
Jim is now semi-retired after working for one of the global tech companies with headquarters in the Seattle area. He is an Ohio native and came to Seattle (and Chambord) by way of Arizona in 2009. You might see him with his wife, Jackie, and two girls walking their two dogs in the neighborhood. Jim also enjoys fitness activities like running through Soaring Eagle and cycling throughout the Puget Sound area.
Stephanie Mudgett, Flowers
Stephanie is a Seattle area native and has lived in Montrochet for 14 years. She works in Public Relations and loves to hike, paddle board and swim. You can see her being pulled through the neighborhood daily by her Bernese Mountain Dog, Rainier.
