the President and Vice-President
Roles & Responsibilities of the Treasurer
- The Treasurer is responsible for the Association's
funds and financial records.
- The Treasurer is responsible for keeping full and
accurate amounts of all receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the
Association, deposit of all monies and other valuable effects in the name of
and to the credit of the Association and for payment of debts and expenses
owed by the Association.
- The Treasurer is responsible for completing a
quarterly summary of income and expenses and providing the data to the
Board.
- The Treasurer is responsible for notifying each member
of the annual assessment, collection and deposit of same.
- The Treasurer is responsible for responding to
inquiries as to the status of any member's account by any escrow or title
company in relation to a change of ownership, financing, or refinancing of a
property within the Association.
- The Treasurer is responsible for collecting the mail
from the Association's mailbox and distributing as appropriate.
- The Assistant Treasurer shall be capable of performing
any or all of the duties of the Treasurer and may be designated to perform
all duties of the Treasurer in his or her absence.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Secretary
- The Secretary is responsible for keeping the minutes
of the Board and minutes of meetings of the Association.
- The Secretary is responsible for compiling,
maintaining and keeping up to date a complete list of all members and their
mailing addresses.
- This list shall show opposite each member's name
the number or other appropriate designation of the Lot owned by said
member. The list shall be open to inspection by members and other
persons lawfully entitled to inspect said list at reasonable times
during regular business hours.
- The Secretary may appoint one or more Assistant
Secretaries to perform any or all duties of the Secretary.
- The Assistant Secretary may be designated to perform
all duties of the Secretary in his or her absence.
