Important Notice to All Homeowners
Additions, modifications and other changes to your property, which are governed by the CC&R's, need to be received and processed by the Architectural Control Committee.

It is important to note that all requests to the Homeowners Association for action need to be formally submitted, in writing, to the appropriate Board member, Officer and/or Committee. A letter via regular mail or an email are both acceptable means for notifying your Homeowners Association.
Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the CC&R's and the Archtectural Guidelines and Procedures.
