Board of Directors (BoD) Meeting Minutes Annual Meeting Minutes 2007 Financials IMPORTANT HOA/BoD NOTICES Assessments due January 1st. Late February 1st. The Montrachet and Chambord communities include various fences that border Common Areas. From time to time the issue of repair and maintenance of these fences may need to be addressed. Officers President Vice President Treasurer Secretary Committees Architectural Control Landscaping Social Communications	SPECIAL NEIGHBORHOOD BOARD MEETING The Board has called a special meeting for Thursday, November 13th at 6 PM to be held at Mary Queen of Peace Church. THis is a joint meeting with the City and the Provence HOA in which the City will make a presentation and entertain any questions regarding the revised East Main Drive roundabout design (PDF). In order to sell the land around the roundabout and proceed with this project, a yes vote is required from 66% of households on the city's proposal. It is critical that you attend the meeting, either in person or by proxy. You should have received information and a proxy statement in the mail. More information from the city is available as the Cover letter, Right of Way Notice, Fee Take offer, and Slope Easement offer as well as several documents on the City's web site. If you have questions about the offer or the proxy, contact the board. NEIGHBORHOOD INFO It is important to note that all requests to the Homeowners Association for action need to be formally submitted, in writing, to the appropriate Board member, Officer and/or Committee. A letter via regular mail or an email are both acceptable means for notifying your Homeowners Association. Additions, modifications and other changes to your property, which are governed by the CC&R's, need to be received and processed by the Architectural Control Committee. Hey, did you know...? Your Homeowner's Association budgets nearly $7000 per year for our obligation towards the Stewardship Agreement (Hazel Wolf Wetlands Preserve) as described in Section 6.3.7 of the CC&Rs.
