It
is important to note that all requests to the Homeowners Association for
action need to be formally submitted, in writing, to the appropriate Board
member, Officer and/or Committee. A letter via regular mail or an
email are both acceptable means for notifying your Homeowners Association. Additions,
modifications and other changes to your property, which are governed by
the CC&R's, need to be received and processed by the Architectural
Control Committee. Hey,
